You may browse the site and share links to it. Please don’t misuse it, for example by trying to break its security, overload it, or send spam through its forms.

Our content

The Kumiki Labs name, the K logo, and the text and design of this site belong to Kumiki Labs unless we say otherwise. Photographs used on the site are in the public domain (CC0). You may not copy our branding or present our content as your own.

Accuracy and availability

We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we can’t guarantee it will always be complete, current or free of interruptions. Plans for apps that are still in development may change.

Links to other sites

We link to other websites, such as app stores and social networks. We are not responsible for their content.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the site, which is provided free of charge.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
